Suz Pearse - Director

Suz has come from a background of business ownership and management and as a previous owner of one of Hawkes Bay’s largest property management companies, her clients were satisfied that their best interests were kept at heart and assets protected.

Suz went to great lengths to ensure that tenants who had not met their responsibilities were made accountable and she recovered monies owed.  On many occasions’ recalcitrant tenants who could not be found through traditional methods would be tracked down and located by Suz.  She has her ways!

Her key to success comes from possessing fantastic people skills and treating them with respect and dignity enabling her to elicit valuable information.  Armed with these attributes she has become a successful business woman who has pioneered and grown several businesses in Hawkes Bay over the years.

Well experienced at tracing absconders, serving documents, field calls and repossessions, Suz carries out these tasks with determination and attention to detail, uniquely seeking out information and obtaining evidence.

Suz is emotionally resilient, quick on the uptake, calm under pressure and it is due to her inquisitive and discerning nature that she plays a major role in the Investigations Division of Abraham Consultants.
